PEPPERMINT OIL

An itchy foot gives rise to irritations due to the swollen skin. Peppermint Oil temporarily relieves this itchy feeling as it soothes the skin surface. It relieves of any skin irritation and naturally cools the skin and minimises pain and inflammation. Take care before applying oil to the skin, dilute the oil with water or use warm water with loose mint tea leaves for better relief from itchy feet.

WALNUT HULL MOISTURIZER

Make a paste of 1 teaspoon of ground walnut hulls in a cup of water in a saucepan. Boil the mixture for 30 minutes in an over medium heat, then strain the mixture the mixture through a fine net filter. Now pour ½ cup of the warm liquid over your feet. Let it dry and after that mix 3 tablespoons of calendula blossom oil with 10 drops of tea tree oil and five drops of eucalyptus oil and massage the mixture into your itchy feet. This would be very effective in treating the itchy feet.

PETROLEUM JELLY

Petroleum Jelly give you relief from dry skin which causes itchiness in the feet. Applying a thin layer of petroleum jelly to the affected areas will lock the moisture in the skin and will also promote healing of dry, cracked skin. For better results, apply the jelly and cover your feet with pair of socks prior going to bed.
