How to Treat Toe Nail Fungus?

Toenail fungus is also known as onychomycosis and it is very common problem. A person who has this infection experience inflammation, yellowing, swelling, discoloration, awful odor, thickening or crumbling of nail. Generally it is not painful till the infection is spread. 1. Make use of the Apple Cider Vinegar:

It is highly effective and is mildly acidic and helps you in preventing the toenail fungus from spreading and also kills the bacteria and fungus too. 

For this you need to mix equal amount of water and soak toenail in this solution for 30 minutes it is very effective and after that dry your nail carefully.  It is also antifungal and helps to prevent it after easily.

2. Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is antiseptic and had the antifungal properties that help to cure the toenail fungus. Its oil is used to treat different skin problems too.

For this you need to mix few drops of tea tree and apply it on the toenail and leave it for 10-20 minutes and with the toothbrush gently scrub the affected area. Perform this twice and thrice time daily till you get the satisfying results

3. Baking Soda

Baking soda is very effective and helps to cure toenail fungus and also help to neutralizing foot odor.

For applying add baking soda with 3% of hydrogen peroxide and half cup of Epsom salt in 4 cup of hot water and add one fourth cup of white vinegar. And soak you infected toenail in it for 10 minutes.
